Storm8
DreamCity .Unity 3D
My role in the development of DreamCity, a large-scale Unity project for Storm8, was to establish a robust 3D pipeline that could be efficiently managed by an outsourced team post-launch. I collaborated with the engineering team to optimize game performance while ensuring the execution of our desired 3D visual aesthetic. Additionally, I helped oversee the outsourcing process, maintaining clear communication and high quality standards.

Kingdom Clash, a mobile game, presented a unique pipeline challenge. I created high/medium resolution 3D models that maintained a low-poly aesthetic. These assets were utilized for both marketing advertisements and sprite-based animations within the game.
